About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled RN (Per Diem) to join our Hospice team. As a Hospice RN, you will provide holistic care to terminally ill patients and their families, assessing their needs and developing individualized plans of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess the needs of patients and their families, and develop individualized plans of care
  • Provide holistic care to patients, including physical, emotional, and spiritual support
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary hospice team to ensure comprehensive care
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers
  • Document patient care and progress in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • Current Washington Registered Nurse License
  • 1 year of nursing experience, with some pediatric nursing experience preferred
  • Prior hospice, homecare, long-term care, medical/surgical, and/or oncology experience
