Financial Records Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to manage financial records and prepare reports for our team at the Atlantic Group in New York.

About the Position:

  • Manage financial records and prepare reports to ensure compliance with accounting standards.
  • Support the maintenance and review of the firm's books and records.
  • Engage and interact with fund administrators, auditors, and other external service providers.
  • Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
  • Support the financial statement audit process.
  • Assist with the preparation and filing of tax returns and other regulatory documents.
  • Assist with cash management, accounts payable, and treasury functions.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; 1-2 years of accounting experience, preferably in the financial services industry; proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks); strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations; excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; attention to detail and high level of accuracy; strong organizational and time management skills; effective communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Estimated Annual Salary: $50,000 - $65,000, based on experience and qualifications.
