Job Description

As a Home Health Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant with Alternate Solutions Health Network LLC, you will have the opportunity to work with patients in the Fort Thomas, Kentucky area, providing skilled occupational therapy services as ordered by attending physicians. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing comprehensive skilled services to patients in their homes
  • Educating patients and their family members on disease/injury management and proper use of equipment
  • Completing accurate documentation and ensuring compliance with legal rules and regulations

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current license as an Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA) in the state of employment
  • A minimum of one-year experience as an OTA in an acute care setting, with home care experience preferred
  • A valid driver's license and auto insurance in your name as a driver
