As a Senior Cybersecurity Risk Analyst, you will play a crucial role in helping entities navigate these complexities and develop effective risk management strategies.

Your Role:

As a key member of our team, you will leverage your extensive experience to collaborate with system engineers, administrators, project leads, and support personnel to identify and assess cyber risks. Your expertise will guide the development of comprehensive mitigation strategies tailored to the unique needs of each client.

You will conduct thorough evaluations of technical, environmental, and personnel factors, working closely with subject matter experts to gain a holistic understanding of the threat landscape. Your ability to communicate complex security concepts will empower clients to make informed decisions regarding the protection of their critical systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize over a decade of experience with the DoD Risk Management Framework to establish and refine standard operating procedures.
  • Serve as an Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) or Information Systems Security Engineer (ISSE) for various systems, overseeing the authorization and continuous monitoring processes.
  • Apply knowledge of Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service, Security Technical Implementation Guides, and Security Content Automation Protocol to enhance security measures.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in both Microsoft and Linux operating systems, along with a solid understanding of networking fundamentals.
  • Analyze system specifications to identify security requirements for both current and emerging technologies.
  • Maintain a Secret clearance and possess a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of five years of experience in information security, or a Master's degree with at least three years of relevant experience.
  • Hold certifications such as Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing the authorization process within a DoD organization.
  • Familiarity with NAVAIR Risk Management Framework and Systems Engineering Development Lifecycle.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Knowledge of vulnerability management and remediation processes.
  • Understanding of continuous monitoring, cybersecurity risk management, and information security auditing.
  • Ability to create detailed documentation, including workflows and architectural diagrams.
  • Possess a Top Secret clearance and a Master's degree in Information Assurance, Information Security, or Cybersecurity.
  • Hold additional certifications such as CCSP, GIAC, or PMP.

Clearance Requirements:

Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; a Secret clearance is mandatory.
