Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Lead Housekeeping Inspector. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guest rooms and public areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with our quality standards
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve housekeeping efficiency and effectiveness
  • Train and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest service

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in hotel operations or a related field
