Home Care Registered Nurse Job Description

Suncoast PACE, a member of Empath Health, is seeking a skilled Home Care Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to our participants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct and indirect primary nursing care to assigned participants, including center and home care needs.
  • Work under the supervision of the Home Care Coordinator RN, The Elder Services Clinical Director, and Elder Services Medical Director, applying advanced nursing knowledge and skills independently.
  • Manage complex clinical situations and supervise both licensed and unlicensed personnel.
  • Directly report to the Home Care Coordinator RN.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of a school of professional nursing program required; Bachelor of Science Registered Nursing (BSRN) strongly preferred.
  • Current Florida Registered Nurses License and valid CPR certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association.
  • Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and means of transportation.
  • Medical clearance for communicable diseases and up-to-date immunizations before having direct participant contact.
