POSITION OBJECTIVES:

Under close supervision, this role involves providing essential retail sales assistance and delivering outstanding customer service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Welcome and support customers in their product choices.

2. Manage inventory by unpacking, labeling, and restocking merchandise.

3. Maintain cleanliness in the sales area through light cleaning tasks such as sweeping and dusting.

4. Aid in inventory management, including conducting inventory counts.

5. Assist in the Shipping & Receiving Department with tasks like stocking, labeling, and packing products.

6. Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

7. Exhibit flexibility in scheduling to accommodate customer needs.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.

2. Strong interpersonal skills are essential.

3. Basic arithmetic skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division) are required.

4. Ability to lift items weighing up to 25lbs.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

This position is set in a typical retail store and warehouse atmosphere.
