Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Personal Care Aide to join our team at A Plus Health Care, part of the Addus HomeCare family of companies. As a Personal Care Aide, you will provide essential care and support to clients in their homes, assisting with daily living activities such as meal preparation, exercise, transferring, dressing, bathing, light housekeeping, shopping, and socialization.

Responsibilities:

Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes
Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, exercise, transferring, dressing, bathing, light housekeeping, shopping, and socialization
Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients
Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families
Requirements:

Currently a trained PCA or CNA
Ability to pass a background check
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record (if applicable)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
