Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine inspections of buildings and equipment to identify potential issues.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions to determine root causes and propose effective solutions.
  • Perform preventative maintenance to prevent critical failures and interruptions.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
  • Coordinate with external contractors and vendors as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, standards, and regulations.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and prioritize tasks to minimize downtime.

Requirements:
