Job Summary:

Soliant is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in a school-based setting. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for conducting assessments and evaluations to determine students' communication needs, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and social success.

Responsibilities:

  • Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine students' communication needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Treatment Planning: Develop and implement treatment plans to address speech and language disorders, including individual and group therapy sessions.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and social success.
  • Progress Monitoring: Monitor students' progress and adjust intervention strategies as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Licensure: Valid North Carolina license or eligibility for licensure.
  • Certification: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
  • Experience: Previous experience working in a school-based setting preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
