Roll Off Driver Position

About the Job:
The Pratt Industries is seeking a skilled and experienced Roll Off Driver to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for driving a commercial front-end load truck to provide prompt, courteous, and complete waste removal services to commercial customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform pre-trip inspections on your assigned vehicle to ensure it is safe and ready for operation.
* Drive the vehicle to customer locations and disposal areas, following established routes and schedules.
* Move waste bins to accessible positions and close enclosure gates as necessary.
* Operate hydraulic hand controls to lift/load refuse, operate compactors, and dispose of collected material at designated facilities.
* Clean waste from packer blades and truck bodies after each landfill or transfer station run.
* Interact courteously with customers, dispatchers, and supervisors, providing excellent customer service.
Requirements:
* High School Diploma or GED required;
* Minimum 5 years' experience driving an FEL truck;
* Valid Class B CDL without airbrake restrictions from the state declared as permanent domicile;
* Verifiable experience operating a CMV (12 months or 150,000 miles);
* Ability to read, write, speak, and clearly understand the English language;
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
