Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to provide high-quality patient care and rehabilitation services in a travel position. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient outcomes and contributing to a collaborative healthcare team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide physical therapy services to patients with various conditions and injuries, utilizing evidence-based practices and techniques.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient goals, ensuring effective communication with healthcare teams and patients.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs, utilizing clinical judgment and expertise.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care, promoting a culture of safety and quality.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to regulatory requirements and company standards.

Work Schedule:

8-hour days, with flexibility to accommodate patient needs and healthcare team requirements.

Job Duration:

13 weeks, with opportunities for extension or renewal based on performance and company needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field, with a strong foundation in clinical practice and patient care.
  • Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Rhode Island, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on patient-centered care and collaboration.
