Cardiac Stepdown Registered Nurse

Tenet Massachusetts is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Fayville, Massachusetts.
Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our Cardiac Stepdown unit. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care to ensure optimal outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct clinical patient care to assigned patients on a per shift basis.
- Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, develop individualized care plans, and implement interventions to achieve desired outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff as needed to ensure efficient and effective care delivery.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Massachusetts.
- Experience in Cardiac Stepdown or Critical Care nursing preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
