Job Title: Financial Analyst / Subject Matter Expert

Great Hill Solutions, a part of the Seneca Nation Group portfolio, is seeking a highly motivated Financial Analyst / Subject Matter Expert to serve as a financial specialist and alternate team lead. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial management and program execution, with experience in supporting the monitoring and reporting of program execution under the International Security Cooperation Program (ISCP) account managed by DSCA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide subject matter expertise services, including financial execution, monitoring, and reporting of program execution under the ISCP account.
  • Support the financial specialist in monitoring and reporting program execution, including budget management and financial analysis.
  • Assist in coordinating and facilitating information management, fostering interdepartmental relationships, and performing research and analysis.
  • Produce Ukraine Security Assistance Initiative (USAI) account financial execution reports, monitor funds transferred to Implementing Agencies, and support the production and delivery of the USAI Daily/Weekly Security Cooperation Information Portal (SCIP) Report and Quarterly Monitoring Report.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field of study.
  • Active Secret Clearance.
  • Minimum of three years of work experience in financial and program management, with advanced experience in security cooperation areas and programs.
  • Strong computer, analytical, and communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel.
