Job Overview

The role of the Automotive Paint Finisher is crucial in delivering an exceptional experience for clients while fostering loyalty. This position focuses on executing all paint buffing and polishing tasks to achieve the precise finish as per manufacturer specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Essential duties include but are not limited to:

  • Buffing and polishing paintwork completed by the painting team.
  • Updating the estimator and painter on the progress of all tasks.
  • Conducting quality inspections on all bodywork.
  • Keeping the workspace organized and clean.
  • Participating in weekly departmental meetings.
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned.

Education and Experience

A High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) is required, along with six months to one year of relevant experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
