Job Summary

The Facilities Maintenance Associate will be responsible for ensuring the overall cleanliness and maintenance of all areas of the facility, providing a positive member experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Thoroughly clean and sanitize restrooms, locker room areas, fitness equipment, and gym floor.
  • Stock locker rooms with necessary supplies and paper products.
  • Report any broken or missing amenities or equipment to the Club Manager.
  • Follow the Lost and Found Policy and turn in lost member property to the Club Manager or Assistant Club Manager immediately.
Requirements
  • Custodial experience is preferred.
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential.
  • Ability to work third shift is required.
  • Honesty and exceptional work ethic are necessary.
  • Ability to solve problems independently.
  • Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions while using appropriate behavior and language.
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
Physical Demands
  • Continual standing and walking during shift.
  • Continual reaching with hands, fingers, and arms during shift.
  • Occasional climbing, balancing, kneeling, and crouching during shift.
  • Must be able to occasionally lift over 80 pounds.
  • Will occasionally encounter toxic chemicals.
Benefits

All staff will receive a free Black Card membership after 90 days of employment.

As a Core Development and Management employee, you are eligible for benefits if you are regularly scheduled and work at least 30 hours per week. Benefits are effective on the first of the month following the date of hire. Compensation: $17.50 per hour
