As a Casing Operations Supervisor at Noble Casing Inc, you will oversee the execution of casing and tubing operations, ensuring efficient service delivery. This role reports directly to the District Manager.

- Ensuring that all necessary tools, equipment, and spare parts are prepared and loaded onto the service vehicle.
- Conducting repairs and maintenance as required.
- Facilitating pre-job safety briefings with relevant personnel.
- Upholding high standards of job performance, quality, and client satisfaction.
- Providing training to service technicians as needed.
- Engaging with company representatives upon arrival at job sites.
- Conveying instructions from management to your team.
- Operating tongs and ensuring compliance with torque specifications.
- Adhering to company policies and safety regulations.
Supervisory Duties
You will manage a team of 2-8 subordinates, responsible for their overall direction, coordination, and performance evaluation.
