About the Job
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Aide to join our team. As a Housekeeping Aide, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweep, damp mop, and wet mop tile floors, as well as clean bathroom sinks, fixtures, and toilets.
  • Vacuum carpeted rooms, dust and clean surfaces in patient rooms, and empty trash cans.
  • Clean glass surfaces such as mirrors, pictures, and windows, and move furniture to clean behind/underneath.
  • Follow cleaning schedules as set by supervisor, and use isolation techniques (gowns, gloves, special cleaning, etc.) as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications
A high school diploma or its equivalent is preferred. You should have excellent communication skills, be able to read and interpret documents, and write routine reports and correspondence. Additionally, you should be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
