Essential Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilizes student performance data to guide instructional decisions, oversees time management, tracks learner progress, and formulates intervention strategies for students facing challenges
  • Employs engaging teaching techniques that actively involve students in their learning experience
  • Administers standardized assessments as required
  • Maintains comprehensive records for each student, including grades, progress reports, lesson plans, attendance, and behavioral documentation
  • Ensures a structured and conducive classroom environment that supports effective teaching and learning
  • Follows directives and assignments from the Director of Academic Progress
