We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader for the Urology Division at Reliant Medical Group, part of the OptumCare network. This role offers a flexible weekday schedule and a manageable weekend call commitment of 1 in 7 weeks. As a leader in clinical innovation, you will play a pivotal role in transforming healthcare delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a collaborative group practice with a robust referral network.
- Balance administrative duties (10%) with clinical responsibilities (90%).
- Utilize advanced technologies, including the da Vinci Surgical Robot and interventional radiology.
- Oversee a dedicated support staff and practice management systems that empower you to operate at the highest level of your expertise.
- Implement and optimize the state-of-the-art Epic EMR system.
- Participate in a weekend call rotation of 1 in 7.

Qualifications
Required:
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Urology.
- Unlimited licensure in Massachusetts.
- Active DEA License.
Preferred:
- Proficiency in electronic medical record systems and technology.
- 1-3 years of clinical practice experience.
