Your Role as a Sales Consultant
As a Sales Consultant at the Knitwell Group, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional client service, drive revenue growth, and maintain a positive and engaging attitude. You will embody our values and behaviors, inspiring team members through leading by example, words, and actions.

Key Responsibilities include:
  • Building relationships with clients, creating loyalty, and multitasking
  • Delivering outstanding client service, anticipating needs, exceeding expectations
  • Ensuring compliance with all company practices and procedures
  • Supporting store objectives, meeting or exceeding divisional, store, and individual financial and credit goals
Requirements:
  • Client Service: Function as a role model, prioritizing the client as top priority, building a loyal client base
  • Follow Directions: Prioritize deadlines, meeting objectives with minimal supervision, within designated timeframes
  • Merchandising: Visual standards and techniques knowledge, implementing and maintaining with ANN INC.'s guidelines
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with Clients, Management, Business Partners, and Store Associates
  • Accuracy: Handle cash and provide change without error
  • Schedule: Remain flexible to meet business scheduling needs
  • Physical: Lift and carry up to 20 pounds occasionally, maneuver around sales floor and stockroom effectively
Salary: $38,500 per year, based on location and performance.
