Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process and hiring deliverables, including creating compelling position descriptions, sourcing diverse candidate pipelines, marketing the company brand to attract top talent, screening candidates, advising business partners on the recruiting process, and negotiating job offers.
  • Source premier candidates by leveraging search engines, career sites, recruiting events, and other innovative sourcing techniques to find and recruit the best talent in the highly competitive construction market.
  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand unique talent needs and develop and execute sourcing plans to identify and recruit top talent.
  • Work cross-functionally across a team of high-performing recruiters to promote a culture of inspiration, empowerment, and inclusion.
  • Leverage recruiting data to proactively provide status updates and hiring results to leadership and HR partners.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2+ years of experience in Corporate or Agency Recruiting – full life cycle, market research, and sourcing
  • 2+ years of experience consulting with multiple hiring managers at once while developing and enhancing excellent working relationships with those managers and their teams
  • Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred
  • Ability to influence and drive results in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to use innovative techniques to attract and recruit diverse talent
  • Experience in compensation and general HR requirements as related to hiring
