Concierge Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Concierge to provide exceptional service to our residents. As a Concierge, you will be the face of our community, responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet residents and guests with a professional and friendly demeanor, setting the tone for a positive experience.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments, maintaining resident logs, and distributing written communications.
- Assist with emergency situations, including responding to fire alarms and emergency calls.
- Develop strong relationships with residents, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized service.
- Stay organized and manage multiple tasks and priorities with ease.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a hospitality or residential setting.
- Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
