Job Overview

This is a unique opportunity to work with a high-energy team dedicated to delivering patient-centered care. As a Nursing Professional on our Inpatient Rehab unit, you will be responsible for providing nursing care to patients with various diagnoses, including stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, orthopedics, pulmonary, and cardiac conditions.

Job Summary and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate the knowledge and skill to provide nursing care to patients in a fast-paced environment. You must also be able to function in an organized and time-conscious manner, presenting yourself in a professional manner at all times.

  • You will communicate required information effectively and professionally with internal and external customers.
  • In order to foster a mentoring environment, you will work with employees ranging from new grads to 30+ years of experience.
Requirements

We are looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred)
  • Current Registered Nurse license in Virginia or a compact license
  • Current BLS certification

Estimated Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is between $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
