We are looking for a skilled Lodge Manager to lead our team at Allen Marine Inc. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a focus on customer satisfaction, and excellent leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Directly supervise and coordinate activities of staff members to ensure effective operation of the lodge.
  • Implement policies and procedures to maintain quality standards and achieve business objectives.
  • Work closely with the food and beverage team to design menus, manage inventory, and control costs.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling, payroll, and budgeting.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and analytics to inform business decisions.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a related field, preferably in hospitality or customer service.
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to make informed decisions quickly.

What We Offer

  • Salary range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year.
