Paul Davis of Piedmont, Triad West, & Mountain Regions, NC is in search of a proactive and driven individual to take on the role of Reconstruction Business Leader. This position entails managing all facets of restoration and reconstruction operations within the organization. You will oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to quality benchmarks, profitability, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in construction management, exceptional leadership capabilities, and a comprehensive understanding of the restoration sector.

Paul Davis specializes in professional emergency restoration services for both residential and commercial properties affected by disasters of varying magnitudes. Our experts are available around the clock to address issues such as water and flood damage, fire damage, and mold remediation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop team members to achieve top-tier results while focusing on operational goals such as sales, gross margin, and brand experience.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high morale while driving performance and meeting deadlines.
  • Build trust-based relationships through active listening and guide the team towards successful project outcomes.
  • Formulate project plans, timelines, and budgets; ensure compliance with these plans.
  • Verify budgets and work orders prior to project initiation.
  • Conduct weekly job progress reviews and monitor project costs to ensure profitability.
  • Perform site audits and follow up with customers to guarantee brand standards are upheld.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety protocols.
  • Hold regular team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and project updates clearly.
  • Proactively resolve job site issues to prevent delays.
  • Continuously expand the subcontractor base to enhance capacity, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Additional Responsibilities:
Contribute to the growth within the Northwest North Carolina area.

  • Fill gaps in staffing due to turnover, increased demand, or shortfalls.
  • Maintain a 20/80 split between fieldwork and office duties.
