Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our dynamic treatment team in Sioux Falls, SD. As a Registered Nurse with Milan Laser Hair Removal, you will play a vital role in helping our clients achieve their aesthetic goals while providing top-notch patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Perform laser hair removal treatments in accordance with established protocols and procedures
  • Educate patients on the laser hair removal process and provide personalized pre- and post-treatment care recommendations
  • Work collaboratively with clients to achieve their medical or aesthetic hair-free goals
  • Contribute to the success of the clinic team by achieving company objectives
  • Provide a welcoming and comfortable environment by delivering exceptional patient care
  • Record accurate and detailed medical documentation in patients' electronic medical records
  • Maintain a professional and clean work environment, including preparing treatment rooms between patients
  • Clean and perform minor maintenance on the laser to ensure optimal functionality
  • Collaborate with Regional Clinical Specialists and Medical Management Specialists as needed regarding patient treatment plans
Requirements
  • Active, unencumbered RN license
  • Ability to travel for training, if required
  • Passion for delivering exceptional patient care
  • Ability to work 38-40 hours per week, including rotating Saturdays and evenings
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to maintain confidential information
  • Ability to stand for up to 9 hours a day
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to visually assess clients' skin and operate the laser
