Job Title: Sales Lead

As a Sales Lead at Chico's FAS, Inc., you will play a key role in promoting a customer and product-focused sales culture. Your primary responsibility will be to support Management in driving sales and profitability while maintaining exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and communicate clear expectations to store teams, ensuring accountability for achieving brand, performance, and behavior standards.
  • Oversee basic operational activities, including opening and closing duties, and merchandise flow processes.
  • Supervise associates engaged in sales, inventory receipt, and customer service, utilizing weekly schedules to ensure proper floor coverage.
  • Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, presenting and displaying merchandise in accordance with company standards.
  • Develop a high-performance culture, motivating sales teams to meet assigned sales and productivity goals.
  • Train and coach associates to ensure selling teams are fluent in product knowledge and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year retail or sales management experience preferred
  • Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company
  • Knowledge of administrative aspects of store operations
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Physical Requirements:
  • Constant Walking/Standing % of 8-hour shift
  • Occasional Lifting up to 50 lbs.- 1-33% of 8-hour shift
  • Frequent Climbing- 34%-66% of 8-hour shift
