Master Craftsman for Custom Cabinetry

At Essential Cabinetry Group, we're seeking a highly skilled Master Craftsman to join our team as a Cabinet Builder. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in woodworking or carpentry, who are proficient in reading measuring devices and possess strong attention to detail.

The Cabinet Builder will be responsible for preparing, positioning, and assembling cabinetry parts according to product order specifications. The position requires excellent communication skills, as you'll work closely with the production supervisor and other team members across various levels of the organization.

We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including safety glasses, hearing protection, and safety shoes.

• Attach parts and subassemblies together using glue, dowels, nails, screws, and/or clamps
• Operate gluing machines to bond wood pieces or apply wood veneer
• Unclamp workpieces and remove them from machines
• Install various components in cabinet manufacturing using hand and power tools

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Experience in woodworking or carpentry (preferred)
• Knowledge of measurement calculations and proficiency with reading measuring devices
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify proper tools needed for tasks

You'll work in a non-air-conditioned environment, handling hazardous materials and operating machinery. Safety is our top priority, so don't worry – we provide all necessary personal protective equipment.
