Entrepreneurship Lecturer for Climate Change

University of California-Davis is seeking an exceptional instructor to teach a course in Hacking 4 Climate: business models for addressing climate challenges.

The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing materials for the course, lecturing during the academic year at UC Davis, holding office hours, administering course assessments, grading, managing and mentoring graders and teaching assistants (if applicable), and additional duties as needed.

Familiarity with Lean Startup methodology, a demonstrated commitment to undergraduate education in entrepreneurship, strong interest and background in new business design and strategy, and a record of effective and innovative teaching at the interface between entrepreneurship, climate change issues, and/or design thinking are preferred qualifications.

This position is open for the Fall 2024 quarter and possibly subsequent quarters. The salary range is approximately $64,329-$83,934 per year, commensurate with experience and percentage of appointment.
