Bulk Merchandiser

Lift Off Distribution is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bulk Merchandiser to join our team. As a Bulk Merchandiser, you will be responsible for merchandising product in stores and delivering product to bulk stores.

• Merchandise products on shelves or racks and coolers based on product rotation standards to remove damaged and out-to-date products.
• Ensure shelf is stocked and faced. Use back stock to fill holes when available.
• Communicate to Supervisor if back stock is missing or inadequate. Notify the Supervisor of any opportunities to upsell in the future.
• Ensure that product is priced correctly and present on all shelves, coolers, and displays.
• Perform resets as necessary to ensure that Red Bull is correctly presented in-store.

• Deliver product to bulk stores and merchandise all stores to standards.
• Establish a positive working relationship with primary contact at each account.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bulk vehicle and completes DOT required paperwork for pre-and post-trip inspections.
• Is responsible for following all guidelines in the policies and procedure manual about fleet and vehicles.

• Previous DSD or retail grocery experience a plus
• Ability to present and make merchandising calls.
• This position requires general lifting of 45lbs and lifting with a handcart of up to 200lbs.
• Position requires bending, reaching, and kneeling.
• Must pass the Department of Transportation (DOT) physical exam.
• Must possess a valid driver's license with a solid driving history.
• Must possess 5 years of driving experience.
