Regional Collision Operations Manager
This role is pivotal in steering the operational success of multiple collision centers, ensuring that all objectives related to customer satisfaction, profitability, efficiency, quality, and administrative tasks are achieved or surpassed. The ideal candidate will exhibit outstanding leadership capabilities and will be responsible for nurturing location managers to achieve peak performance.
- Achieve or surpass all performance targets established for each center.
- Supervise sales, overall productivity, and administrative functions across all locations.
- Analyze performance metrics for each center to pinpoint opportunities for improvement; devise and implement strategies to enhance operations.
- Ensure effective management of DRP accounts, with clear communication of any changes to location managers.
- Attract, acknowledge, and retain high-caliber talent for each center.
- Guarantee compliance with all OE and I-Car standards at each location.
- Execute additional responsibilities as required.
