Water Treatment Sales Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Water Treatment Sales Specialist to join our team in the United States. As a key member of our commercial organization, you will be responsible for selling Veolia's water treatment solutions to customers across the US East Coast.
About UsVeolia Water Technologies & Solutions is a leading provider of water recovery, treatment, and reuse solutions. With a global presence, we design, supply, and service a range of water systems and monitoring equipment to industries worldwide.
The RoleYou will work closely with our internal teams to develop and execute sales strategies that drive growth of our water treatment business in the industrial sector. Your primary responsibility will be to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with customers, and provide technical domain expertise to support the sale of our products.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a sales plan to drive growth of Veolia's water treatment product lines in the industrial sector
- Work with current customers to provide value and technical solutions to grow our business in the industrial sector
- Develop new and existing customers within NAM industrial markets, including ultrapure, semiconductor, food and beverage, chemical, etc.
- Provide expert technical domain sales support to internal industrial commercial teams and strategic account managers
- Coordinate relationships and interfaces with commercial operations, technical support, customer service, product management, and other internal functions
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in customer-facing sales and/or technical support work
- Demonstrated experience with mid-to long-term strategic planning and market analysis
- Advanced understanding of water chemistry and water treatment, including UV and Ozone disinfection technology knowledge and experience
- Comfortable using technology, including Office 365, Salesforce, and Google platform
We offer a competitive salary of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, permissive time off, paid holidays, parental leave, 401(k) plan, flexible spending and health saving accounts, AD&D insurance, disability insurance, and tuition reimbursement.
Location:This position is based in Leonia, New Jersey, with travel requirements of 25-30%.
