Hardware Sales Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Retail Sales Associate to join our team at M&M Hardware. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers in locating products, and maintaining a well-organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Greet customers and assist them in finding products.
• Maintain product displays and keep the store organized.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
• Answer calls and redirect calls to the appropriate team member.

Requirements:

• At least one year of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of hardware and plumbing tools and supplies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to lift and move products as needed.
