Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse (RN) is expected to deliver a competent level of nursing care, employing the nursing process for effective patient management. This includes adherence to established standards of practice encompassing assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
The RN should possess the necessary clinical knowledge and skills to meet the specific requirements of their clinical area.
Qualifications:
- BSN or MSN preferred
- Compliance with specialty-specific requirements (e.g., ACLS, PALS, ONS certifications)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Active Nursing License in the relevant state
