Key Responsibilities:

4. Prepare and serve beverages and food items consistently, following established recipes and presentation guidelines.
5. Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and issuing change.
6. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workspace, ensuring that products are easily accessible.
7. Support new team members through positive reinforcement and constructive feedback.
8. Exhibit professionalism and integrity, reflecting the values of Bashas' and Starbucks.
9. Stay composed during busy periods to maintain a pleasant store environment.
10. Anticipate customer needs and respond accordingly.
11. Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
• Willingness to learn about various coffee and tea products.
• Capability to stand for extended periods and lift items as needed.
