We are seeking a skilled Staff Psychologist to join our team at McLean Hospital. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality clinical services to patients and participate in program activities.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct clinical psychology services using psychosocial techniques to facilitate adaptation to environmental demands.
- Apply clinical psychology knowledge and practice to assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and aftercare planning.
- Provide individual, couple, family, and group therapy, as well as co-lead groups.
- Maintain contact with family members and document patient records.
- Serve as liaison to other healthcare professionals and interface with payers and managed care organizations.
- Participate in program and hospital administrative activities, including staff meetings and committees.
- Ph.D., Psy.D., or Ed.D. degree in psychology from an accredited school.
- Licensure appropriate to clinical discipline.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use electronic medical records.
