We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Cashier Flipt to join our team at Rivers Casino. As a Cashier Flipt, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling cash and credit transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Key Responsibilities:- Greets every guest with a smile and positive attitude.
- Takes orders from guests and prepares orders when applicable.
- Responsible for correctly handling cash, credit, and comp procedures and properly completing paperwork.
- Utilize proper procedures and documentation for transactions.
- Ensure bank is counted and balanced with cage.
- Complete cash turn-in sheets, etc. and distribute appropriately.
- Possesses complete knowledge of all procedures related to the job.
- Ensures that all guests are treated in a prompt, professional, and courteous manner.
