Job Title: Receptionist Cashier PT

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at Volkswagen of Inver Grove. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling cash transactions, and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers during the checkout process by accepting payments and properly accounting for monies received.
  • Make change accurately and issue receipts to customers.
  • Answer phones and direct customers to the proper department and follow up with calls in a timely manner.
  • Handle customer concerns diplomatically and refer complaining customers to the appropriate individual for resolution.
  • Operate multi-line switchboard telephone system.
  • Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner, striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold.
  • Assist managers with various clerical duties as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite and Google Docs is a plus.
  • Available to work flexible hours on weekdays, weeknights, and a Saturday based on rotation.
  • Ability to communicate customers' interests, needs, and requests to management, service, and sales personnel.
  • Professional personal appearance.
  • Submit to a background check.
