Responsibilities:
  • Drives a small van for scheduled deliveries between dealership facilities, maintaining a safe and organized driving environment.
  • Transports parts, small equipment, supplies, and paperwork for customer delivery, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Maintains accurate records of pickup and deliveries, obtains necessary signatures and receipts, and ensures all documentation is up-to-date.
  • Maintains assigned trucks and ensures related equipment is in good working condition, performing routine checks and maintenance as needed.
  • Documents all time and accounts for all distance traveled while performing assigned duties, providing accurate records for management review.
  • Distributes marketing materials as needed, promoting the dealership's brand and products.
  • Maintains a positive attitude and representation of Deer Country Farm & Lawn, Inc., providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Relays all customer issues to management immediately, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
