Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service areas.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including ringing sales, handling returns, and counting change.
  • Support the sales floor by restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and maintaining visual displays.
  • Participate in store recovery efforts, including cleaning and organizing the sales floor and stockroom.
  • Work effectively with peers and supervisors to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store culture.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong ability to work with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
