This part-time position (0.75 FTE) is available in our Palliative Care Program in Greeley, CO. We are seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our team of compassionate healthcare professionals who share our mission to improve lives.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, interested in working part-time, and focused on providing excellent patient care. At UCHealth, we believe each person is extraordinary, and together, we make extraordinary possible.
Palliative Care experience is preferred, but not required.
Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse (CHPN) Certification is also preferred.
Family Nurse Practitioner candidates must have full prescriptive authority to be considered for this position.
No call or nights are required.
Epic EMR is utilized system-wide.
