About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team at Sushi by Bou in Wynwood. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, creating consistent and delicious cocktails in a fast-paced environment, and fostering a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide impeccable service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Create and serve handcrafted cocktails, including production of syrups and garnishes.
  • Assess guest preferences and make recommendations to enhance their dining experience.
  • Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies to maintain a well-stocked and organized bar area.
  • Stay focused on providing an excellent guest experience, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all patrons.

Requirements:

  • Experience with handcrafted cocktail programs, including production of syrups and garnishes.
  • An appreciation and understanding of fine food, wine, and spirits.
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work weekend shifts, including nights.
  • Japanese Whiskey knowledge is a plus.
