About the Opportunity

As a Home Health Aide (HHA) with Interim HealthCare, you'll provide personal care and support to seniors in their homes, enabling them to live safely and independently. Your responsibilities will include assisting with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, and companionship.

You'll also help with ambulation, transferring, and range of motion exercises, provide medication reminders, document client conditions, and notify supervisors of any concerns. Ensuring a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways is essential, as well as participating in activities that bring clients joy, such as puzzles, games, reading, and hobbies.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have 6 months of prior adult caregiving experience or completion of a CNA course/certificate. Your ability to work independently and as part of a team, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, will make you an ideal candidate.
