Position: Staff Accountant – Public


Staff Financial Group is seeking a dedicated Staff Accountant with a minimum of one year of experience in public taxation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of individual and corporate income tax filings.
  • Compile and submit various tax-related documents (Payroll, Property, Sales & Use) and reports.
  • Assist clients with their accounting needs through the generation of financial statements.
  • Establish and maintain a professional relationship with clients.
Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or a related field.
  • At least one year of experience in public tax.
  • Qualified to sit for the CPA exam (150 credit hours).
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks is preferred.
  • Experience with ProSystems or Ultratax software is advantageous.
