Job Summary

Associated Milk Producers Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our manufacturing plants.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures and ensure optimal production levels.
  2. Conduct troubleshooting and repair of mechanical and electrical systems, including pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
  3. Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations and procedures.
  4. Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve maintenance-related issues.
  5. Develop and implement maintenance projects to improve plant efficiency and reduce downtime.
  6. Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights.
