About the Role:
CenterWell Home Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of our home health services, ensuring the highest quality of care for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement clinical operations strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Lead and manage a team of clinical staff, including RNs, LPNs, and home health aides, to ensure effective delivery of care.
- Collaborate with the Branch Director and other stakeholders to establish and achieve revenue and budget goals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources and community partners to promote our services and grow our business.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in care delivery.
- Participate in performance improvement activities and maintain ongoing clinical knowledge through internal and external training programs.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current state license as a Registered Nurse.
- Proof of current CPR.
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
- Two years as a Registered Nurse with at least one year of management experience in a home care, hospice, or equivalent environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) software and OASIS knowledge.
- Strong clinical background in home care operations and quality assurance.
- Clinical leadership experience managing a team of 15+ direct reports with disciplines consisting of RNs, LPNs, LVNs, home health aides, physical therapists, and physical therapy assistants.
