About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in an outpatient dialysis setting. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to individuals with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver compassionate and empathetic care to patients in an intimate outpatient setting
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on dialysis treatment and related health issues
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements
  • Current LPN-LVN license in the state of practice
  • Current CPR certification
  • IV certification (if required by state regulations)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Completed training program approved by the medical director and the governing body
Preferred Qualifications
  • BONENT or CHT certification (if required by state regulation)
  • Minimum of one year's experience in a hospital or clinical setting
