As a key member of the organization, this individual will be responsible for overseeing the mechanical aspects of construction projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities- Plan and coordinate mechanical construction activities, including material procurement and labor allocation.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with specifications, safety protocols, and construction schedules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and operations, to resolve construction issues and improve project outcomes.
- Develop and implement safety procedures to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of project progress, materials, and costs.
- Direct and supervise subordinate personnel, providing guidance and training to ensure they meet performance expectations.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as mechanical engineering or construction management, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical construction, with a proven track record of success in project management and team leadership.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols.

The Mechanical Superintendent will work in a dynamic and fast-paced construction environment, with frequent travel to project sites. The individual must be able to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions.
Supervisory ResponsibilitiesThe Mechanical Superintendent will supervise subordinate personnel, including engineers, technicians, and laborers. The individual will be responsible for training, developing, and evaluating team members, as well as addressing performance issues and resolving conflicts.
