Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to company protocols for food safety and handling.
  • Welcome customers and accurately take their orders, utilizing suggestive selling techniques to enhance their experience.
  • Process payments and ensure accurate change is provided, maintaining responsibility for cash management and register accuracy.
  • Work efficiently to meet or exceed service time expectations across various service channels.
  • Regularly clean and sanitize your work area to uphold hygiene standards.
  • Support team members in their roles, including assisting with order expeditions and service tasks.
  • Participate in the training of new team members.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by management when necessary.
  • Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Capability to work effectively under pressure during busy times.
  • Must possess the flexibility to reach, bend, and lift items weighing up to 25 lbs.
Qualifications:
  • Valid CA food handler card is mandatory.
  • Effective communication skills in English are required; proficiency in a second language is advantageous.
  • No prior experience is necessary, though experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Educational qualifications are not mandatory, but a high school diploma or equivalent is desirable.
  • Ability to assess product quality and present items to customers with care to ensure high standards are maintained.
